Apple seeks help from Japan court to halt Samsung phones salesApple blames its rival Samsung Electronics for disobeying some of the patents which are related to iPhone and iPad thereby they want the sales of some of the gadgets from Samsung Electronics in Japan to be stopped.

A lawsuit has been filed in Tokyo District Court by Apple where they also informed that they want the sales of Galaxy S and SII Smartphones, Galaxy Tab 7 to be put on hold in Japan as per the information given out by the sources related to this matter. Further it also has been specified that the first hearing was held on Wednesday.

Both the firms Samsung and Apple are in disputes from long time over copyrights related to Smartphone and tablet from April. Galaxy gadgets from Samsung are presently being considered to be the first and foremost competition for Apple’s mobile devices which are quite a success in the market.

Apple has accused Samsung for manufacturing mobile phones and tablets which have the imitation designs like the ones used in iPhone and iPad, further Apple also has filed charges against Korean based firm in United States, Australia, Korea along with Europe.

Samsung tablets which use Android Software developed by Google has countersued Apple. Samsung also has filed a lawsuit against Apple in April at Japan, in response to which Apple has countersued on August 23 as informed by Apple.

As per the information given by Kyodo news agency, Apple wants $1.3 million for the damage caused to the company further also halting the sales of these devices as given in the news before.

Survey conducted by Strategy Analytics also gives out that Samsung Galaxy S has outdone iPhone from Apple in the sales that happened during the time of January to March in Japan.

Earlier this month, Samsung had agreed to delay the sales of their Galaxy tablets in Australia giving respect to the verdict given by the court at the same time waiting for a court ruling in late September. It was only last week that German court has halted the sales of Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7.
