Apple tampers evidence against Samsung… again
It was known previously that improper evidence has been submitted for Samsung Galaxy Tab by Apple, it now appears as if Apple has once again tampered with evidence related to Samsung Galaxy S.
It is said that Samsung phone image has been reduced in size to appear of the same size as of an iPhone even though it was not so.
The dimension of Samsung Galaxy S as given officially include 122.4 by 64.2 millimeters whereas iPhone 3G (which according to Apple Samsung has forged) is 115.5 by 62.1 millimeters.
Though Apple has consented that Galaxy S has larger dimensions than that of Apple, however the image submitted gives them the same dimensions, this false image was the one submitted in Hague District Court at Netherlands.
As per the information given by Dutch edition, this is the image that will help in reaching a conclusion in Apple Vs. Samsung case.
This error in the evidence has been found by Webwereld.nl in support to the claim laid by Samsung lawyer who stated at Dutch court that Apple has been in the process of making changes to the visual evidence, thereby making Samsung devices appear like that of Apple.
Webwereled is a Dutch news site that lays focus on Technology, which has discovered images presented by Apple which point towards the possibility that they have been meddled with, before submitting them in a case that has been filed against Samsung.
There are certain people who believe that Apple has submitted these false images in Netherland court wontedly against South Korea based company Galaxy S II smartphone.
It is known that Galaxy S II is wider and taller when compared to iPhone 3GS of Apple, however this evidence emphasizes that both the devices are similar in height.
These accusations are being considered to be quite serious and Samsung legal team also has got into action and is now in the process of scanning the images to consider taking any action regarding the issue.
